Incomplete show. This concert features the infamous "cheese shop incident" where Bruce modifies the lyrics of '22 Acacia Avenue' and sings about cheese after a Monty Python sketch. He does the same on 'Run To The Hills' – singing "run to the cheese" – and on 'Iron Maiden'. All seems to stem from the fact that he introduces 'Hallowed...' and '22...' as 'Iron Maiden' and gets "cheesed off" by making such mistakes. The whole thing is actually quite hilarious!
There are two alternative back covers for this bootleg.

Distortion is the biggest problem with this set. It sounds like whoever recorded this gig was unable to handle the volume of the show. Still, it is fun to listen to. Before 'Sanctuary', Bruce tells the audience about the rest of the tour and mentions that they will be going to America. You can hear the audience yell out "Wankers!" And when Bruce, says, "...they're not all that bad...", the audience yells, "They're wankers!" Quite funny!

Very good show with good sound quality. At the end of 'Run To The Hills', Bruce rants about some Swedish reporter who had written a review of Maiden's Copenhagen show. The reporter said that Bruce can sing only two notes but Bruce funnily proves that he can actually sing four notes!

Not sure if this is the real deal because Bruce screams out "speak to me Hammersmith!" in '22, Acacia Avenue', but references Long Beach throughout the rest of the show. Maybe a mental miscue by Bruce? Or is it one of the best fakes I've ever come across? From what I've been told, it's the soundboard of the show with a few tracks from other shows cleverly added in. This is the show where most of the tracks of Live After Death come from.

Taken from Ironcross's copy on tape, he has equalised the show a little. The concert has an average sound for World Slavery shows. Also it only starts at the end of 'Revelations'. You can hear the Aussie recording the show mentioning at the start that it only just started to record, so that's as good as it gets. Also, there are some cuts in-between the songs and some volume drops. Ironcross did his best to fix this up.

This was a secret gig where Adrian Smith and Nicko McBrain gathered a few musician friends and played under the name of "The Entire Population Of Hackney". They mostly played cover songs with the following line-up: Adrian Smith (vocals/guitar), Nicko McBrain (drums), Andy Barnett (bass), David Colwell (guitar), Richard Young (keyboards), and Bruce Dickinson (vocals on the last 3 songs). The sound is good, although you can hear the limitations of the source tape. This is still an interesting bootleg and fun listen to. It is also known as The Whole Population of Hackney! Another interesting thing to note is that the intro of the gig is the theme tune of a famous English soap-opera whose action takes place in the East End of London: Eastenders.
